Russia and the USA, as the largest nuclear powers, have a special responsibility, which is why it is necessary to continue the diplomatic contacts between the two countries and the activities of the embassies of the two countries, stated the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"We do not forget that our two countries, as the largest nuclear powers, bear a special responsibility for the fate of the world. This predetermines the need for diplomatic contacts between each other and the activity of embassies in Moscow and Washington," Lavrov said in particular.
