Sarik Minasyan, head of the CP faction of the Gyumri Council of Elders, wrote on his Facebook page: Dear friends, first of all, I congratulate all of us on the occasion of yesterday's unprecedented march and concert. Unable to control their jealousy and immoral behavior, some circles attacked my page with fake user accounts, making obscene and insulting posts in the comments, targeting not only my person, but my family, my political team. Paying tribute to the Armenian way of thinking, as a decent man, I indulged in purposeful provocations and answered some fakes in the mirror.
I made a mistake as a public and political figure, for which I ask for your forgiveness. Also, thank you for the hundreds of emails and comments where you have expressed your sincere support. I ask all of us to be vigilant in our behavior, to show coolness in case of such provocations.
I also urge you not to target and insult people for their political views. God help us all.
