This was announced by the spokesperson of the Central Committee, Svetlana Petrenko. "It is certainly clear that the inhumane crime was planned and carried out for the benefit of the leadership of Ukraine in order to destabilize the situation in Russia," the statement said. Petrenko reminded that a number of defendants in the "Crocus" case also intended to carry out a terrorist attack in Kaspiysk, Dagestan, but it was prevented.
