During the hunting ban, steppe lark migration
In the area adjacent to Shenik community of Armavir region, citizen V.A. illegally hunted 53 birds of "Steppe lark" type with "MR 155" type 12 caliber hunting rifle.
In the vicinity of Yeghvard city of Kotayk region, citizen P. H. illegally hunted 63 birds of the steppe lark type with a 12-caliber double-barreled hunting rifle of the "MR 27 EM" type.
In the area adjacent to the Yeghvard-Ashtarak highway, citizen A.A. illegally hunted 43 birds of the steppe lark type with a 12 caliber hunting rifle of the "MR 155" type.
As part of the administrative proceedings initiated in connection with the cases, the legal weapons and a total of 159 birds belonging to the persons who committed illegal hunting were confiscated.
Violators will be subject to administrative responsibility.
Weapons and other means of personal property used during illegal hunting are subject to confiscation by the Court at the request of the BTU.
