Karen Grigoryan, the head of the operative department of the "Nubarashen" penitentiary, tried to take the pre-installed package from the territory of the Tokhmakh cemetery the other day, but was caught by the patrols. According to preliminary information, there was narcotics in the package, and apparently the head of the operation department was supposed to deliver it to the prison.
By the way, Karen Grigoryan's car was impounded, the Investigative Committee is waiting for the court's decision to conduct a search. Karen Grigoryan previously worked in the "Armavir" prison as an operator, and, they say, she was involved in the sale of phones and narcotics there as well. Months ago, an official investigation was carried out against Grigoryan for beating one of the supervisors of "Nubarashen". According to our source, the beating was started by Grigoryan's friend, operational officer Aram Haroyan, who is the henchman of the boss (operation department head Karen Grigoryan).
