In the CP, they are in a combative mood regarding their reports, and have decided to stage a spectacular theater, trying to put all the responsibility for the legal "bespredel" prevailing in the country, the "impunity" of the former and other crimes on the shoulders of the heads of these structures.
Although they know very well that all these structures meekly follow Nikol Pashinyan's instructions.
He is the chief prosecutor, the head of the Investigative Committee, the Minister of Internal Affairs, and the director of the National Security Service. As for the current heads of these structures, they have an internal dislike for Chief Prosecutor Anna Vardapetyan, and the question of her change may be raised.
