The officers of the Tavush department of the community police received operative information that the 68-year-old resident of Paravakar village was keeping illegal weapons and ammunition at home.
He was arrested and taken to the department, where, as a result of explanatory work, he stated that the police information was reliable.
The prepared documents were sent to the preliminary investigation body. A criminal proceeding was initiated, within the framework of which two rifles, 104 bullets of different calibers, rifle cartridge cases were found in the house of a 68-year-old man.
An investigation is underway.
