Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi the situation surrounding Iran's nuclear program, taking into account the results of US-Iran contacts in Geneva, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Friday.
"On February 20, at the initiative of the Iranian side, a telephone conversation took place between the foreign ministers of Russia and Iran, Sergey Lavrov and Abbas Araghchi.
The foreign ministers exchanged views on the situation surrounding Iran's nuclear program, including taking into account the results of the US-Iran indirect contacts held in Geneva," the ministry's official website said.
