Geneva airport informed RIA Novosti that the delegations participating in the negotiations on Ukraine and Iran will leave Geneva on Wednesday and Thursday.
"The delegations will leave Geneva on Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the progress and results of the negotiations," said the airport's spokesperson.
On Friday, the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, confirmed that the peace talks in Ukraine will continue on February 17-18. The Russian delegation in Geneva will be headed by Vladimir Medinsky, assistant to the president.
The special representative Steve Witkoff and the son-in-law of the US president, Jared Kushner, will participate in the meeting dedicated to the Ukrainian peace process in Geneva on Tuesday. Earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran announced that indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States on the Iranian nuclear issue will take place on February 17 in Geneva. A diplomatic source told RIA Novosti that they will be held at the mediation of Oman.
