Russia's territorial claims remain a difficult concession for Ukraine, including for political reasons, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in an interview with Bloomberg.
"At the moment, the issue largely depends on their Russian desire to acquire about 20% of the territory of Ukraine, which they currently do not have, and this is a difficult concession for Ukraine, for obvious reasons, both tactically and politically," he said, commenting on the progress of the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.
