French President Emmanuel Macron will visit India on February 17-19 and hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India on February 10.
According to the statement, the French president will participate in the AI Impact Summit, which will be held next week in New Delhi.
It is said that Macron will visit Mumbai, India's financial capital, to participate in the opening ceremony of the India-France Innovation Year.
The Foreign Ministry said Modi and Macron will discuss regional and global issues of mutual interest, including cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
During Modi's visit to France in 2025, the two countries signed a declaration of intent to establish a partnership in the field of advanced and small modular nuclear reactors.
