Macron made the announcement about the US amid the release of documents in the Epstein case

French President Emmanuel Macron, commenting on the publication of documents related to the case of American financier Jeffrey Epstein accused of child abuse, said that the US justice system should do its job.

Macron's name appears more than 200 times in dozens of documents related to the Epstein case, including personal correspondence, RIA Novosti found out after studying the documents published by the US Department of Justice.

A number of e-mails of the deceased billionaire are entirely dedicated to the French leader. In particular, Epstein claims in a letter sent by an unknown person that Macron asks him for non-standard and deeply thought-out ideas on almost any topic.
