The Iranian parliament will hold a session on February 9 to discuss negotiations with the US

Iran's Mejlis (unicameral parliament) will hold a session on February 9, during which the interim results of the first round of negotiations with the US on Iran's nuclear dossier will be discussed. This was reported by the Vice Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Iranian Parliament, Abbas Moghtadai.

"Tomorrow, the Mejlis will discuss the course of negotiations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States in a closed session. It is likely that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Abbas Araghchi, will also attend the session," he said in an interview with IRNA agency.

The new round of negotiations between Iran and the United States on the resolution of the crisis over Tehran's nuclear program took place on February 6 in the capital of Oman.
