In Russia, they are discussing the issue of banning the access of childless citizens to pornographic websites

Tatyana Butskaya, vice-chairwoman of the Committee on Family Protection, Paternity, Motherhood and Childhood of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, proposed to ban childless Russians from accessing websites intended for adults in order to promote childbirth. The deputy presented the proposal on the air of "Govorit Moscow" radio station.

According to the parliamentarian, access to such online resources should be provided exclusively to citizens who already have children. Butskaya explained that "adult" content replaces real relationships, reducing the motivation to start a family and have children, especially among young people.
