Lukashenko expressed Belarus' solidarity with Pakistan in the fight against terrorism

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, sent a letter of condolence to the leadership of Pakistan in connection with the terrorist attack during the Friday prayer in the Islamabad mosque, as a result of which many civilians were killed and injured.

The head of state emphasized that the people of the republic accepted this news with deep sorrow.

"I have confidence that all the perpetrators of this terrible crime will be punished according to their case," the letter of condolence addressed to President Asif Ali Zardari states, as quoted by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

In the letter, the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharfin Lukashenko also confirmed Minsk's solidarity with Islamabad, which resolutely fights against terrorism and all forms of religious extremism.
