"Those who live in Dubai, Madrid, Miami are at the forefront of drug trade. I have forwarded their names and those associated with them to President Trump. These are the main leaders.
Their money is located outside of Colombia, and it is necessary to pursue them together with the cooperation of the intelligence services of different countries," he said during the press conference held after the meeting with the US President in Washington.
According to Petro, in order to achieve victory against the drug trade, it is necessary to arrest the leaders of the criminal networks, among whom there are also Colombians, but they are not the majority.
