"Fact" daily writes:
According to the data published by the SRC, during 2025, the 1000 largest taxpayers of Armenia paid 1.95 trillion drams together.
Moreover, it is noteworthy that the leading ten paid about 20 percent of the specified amount, although the taxes paid by the "best ten" decreased by about 3.6 percent compared to the comparable period of 2024.
At the same time, about 47 percent of the amount paid by the 1,000 largest taxpayers was paid by companies in the top fifty. The leader of the list is Mobile Center, followed by "Grand Tobacco" and Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine.
As for the sectoral structure, 8 banks (Ardshinbank, Ameriabank, Akba Bank, Ineco Bank, Unibank, Kenvers Bank, ID Bank, Evokabank) were included in the top 50. As always, three communication operators are also among the leaders: Viva Armenia, Yucom, Telecom Armenia.
There are 10 manufacturing companies in the top 50, three of which are engaged in tobacco production (Grand Tobacco, International Mass Tobacco, Cigaron). It is interesting that in the list of the first fifty taxpayers there are only two organizations engaged in the food industry, which have been the constant leaders of this sector in recent years.
We are talking about "Grand Candy" producing confectionery and "Athens" producing meat products. In addition, let's note that companies engaged in the import and sale of various products take a significant place in the top 50.
