The work to receive a corresponding grant from the European country is already being completed," Shmigal noted. According to him, this was discussed during a conversation with the president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Odile Renault-Basso.
"I informed the EBRD about the difficult situation created by the damage caused by the Russian strikes on the Ukrainian power grid. Repair crews are now working to restore power and heating. The works continue around the clock," he added.
