"Fact" daily writes:
Many of you will undoubtedly have noticed that every day, for hours at a time, traffic lights are not working at a number of busy intersections in the capital (and not only). They do not work for various reasons. in one place the whole district was cut off, in another place the power cable of the traffic light was "hit", in one place the traffic light was personally "hit" due to fluctuations in the power supply.
Is it worth explaining what kind of traffic chaos starts at those intersections as a result of such traffic light shutdowns? Also, especially small shops, whose owners, understandably, do not have the possibility of a separate generator, and in addition to not being able to do business during a power outage, the equipment is also damaged, the products are spoiled.
What else can you say...
In short, it's an unprecedented amount of outages. People half-jokingly and half-seriously point out that the country has practically switched to fan power supply mode. It's just been quiet. By the way, our simplest observations showed that in the first ten days of January, there was a shortage of the most ordinary (non-decorative) candles in large stores. Do you realize there were no candles in many places? People, eyes scared, bought everything. Perhaps this was the purpose of seizing the HEC...
