The US is considering granting asylum to Jews living in Great Britain

US President Donald Trump's administration is discussing the issue of granting asylum to Jews living in Great Britain amid anti-Semitism in the country, the Telegraph newspaper reported, citing Trump's personal lawyer Robert Garson.

"The Trump administration is discussing the possibility of providing asylum to British Jews," the publication writes. Garson told the newspaper about the relevant negotiations with the State Department. The Manchester-born barrister added that Britain is no longer a safe place for Jews and sees no future for them in the UK.

He blamed British Prime Minister Keir Starmer for the growth of anti-Semitism in the country.
