On Tuesday, Volodymyr Zelensky said that he held talks with South Korean President Yun Seok-yeol, the parties discussed reports on the alleged transfer of North Korean military personnel to Russia.
"I had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Korea Yun Seok-yol," Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel.
In addition, as noted, the parties "agreed to strengthen the exchange of intelligence and expertise and activate contacts at all levels."
"Within the framework of this agreement, Ukraine and the Republic of Korea will soon exchange delegations to coordinate actions," he added.
