US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced on Friday that it has arrested an illegal immigrant from Azerbaijan who has multiple convictions for crimes including animal cruelty, reportsfox news:the
Rafael Vladimirov Sargsyan, a citizen of Azerbaijan, was arrested by ICE Los Angeles on November 25 and will remain in ICE custody pending the completion of deportation proceedings.
Sargsyan was previously convicted of cruelty to animals, causing a fire in a building and manufacturing controlled substances, ICE wrote in its statement.
In another report, Tigran Tiraturyan, a Russian citizen, was arrested, whose criminal record includes convictions for illegal weapons possession, theft and fraud. ICE Los Angeles is said to have arrested him on November 25.
