The next government will have to start everything from scratch. "Fact"

"Fact" daily writes:

In the general perception of the public, the National Security Service in the block of state law enforcement-force structures has, as a rule, been considered somehow "elite", if such a definition can be given to any force organization. A state institute where logically there should be the best of the best in both intelligence, counter-intelligence and other aspects. It would be a mistake to claim that the reality in the past decades was completely like that, that is, it corresponded to the ideal definition. But that was the popular perception, at least until recent years.

And now... at the whim of the Prime Minister of RA, it turns out that the NSS is engaged in "sanctifying" the canonical content of the liturgical ceremony, including the liturgy. And in general, the entire law enforcement system has been burdened with incomprehensible assignments, which fundamentally destroys the credit and image of these state structures as institutions. Moreover, assuming such a commitment is something like self-destruction of the institutional profile of those state structures.

But the issue is not only the NSS. Moreover, it is not only the forces that are the issue. Look at the entire state system of Armenia, state institutions or what is left of them. During the period of Pashinyan's rule, there is not a single state institution, any institute, whether it is a ministry, a branch department, a specialized agency, a force and law enforcement body, which has not been subjected to substantive, personnel, functional and professional disorganization. In other words, state institutions and structures have consistently turned into some incomprehensible institutions that serve the whims of one person, devoid of institutional memory.

You know, in the end, one day Pashinyan's and CP's rule will also end. That's how it is with all authorities, one day late, one day early. And there will be another government in Armenia. And that next government, whoever or whatever force leads it, will face a harsh reality. The country's next government will be forced to start state building from zero, and in certain cases, from "minus". It is already impossible otherwise, because as a result of Pashinyan's rule, all those structures have become useless, unacceptable, unreliable, both professionally and morally.
