The results of additional examinations are completed as semester and annual grades in grades where unit evaluation is used. In those classes, where unit assessment is not applied, the results of re-examinations are included in the student's semester and annual characteristics. In case of not appearing for additional exams or re-examinations, or in the case of re-examination in classes with unit evaluation, the student repeats the course of the given year in case of evaluation of 1-7 points in at least two subjects (out of the 20-point evaluation scale). The settings related to excellence in non-point graded classes have also been clarified. It has been established that in the classes where the annual evaluation is carried out by means of characterization, the students will be awarded with a certificate of commendation from the Ministry if they have a minimum of 70 percent at the "A" level of the characterization and a maximum of 30 percent at the "B" level.
