Moreover, Bayramov's famous interview was a signal to Pashinyan that the latter should become active on this and a number of other topics, otherwise they will start talking about him and tell how he behaved during the negotiations. And while some are taking the most dangerous anti-state steps under the influence of kompromats, Aliyev decrees that he has defined "the main directions and the road map for the study of the history of the new period of Azerbaijan. New directions for the study of the history of Azerbaijani statehood, the history of Western Azerbaijan, cartography, historical and ethnographic issues, as well as the prospects for the use of digital technologies have been put forward. Taking all this into account, the main problems facing the Institute of History and Ethnography have been defined. These issues will form the basis of the Institute's action plan for 2026-2030."
