The second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, asked artificial intelligence a question: can a person be accused without a criminal case? Artificial intelligence has not found any precedents for such absurdity. This was announced by the former president during his court hearing on the unconstitutional article. "There is a plan on the courts," Kocharyan recorded.
"No one can plan, the law determines what is finished," Kocharian noted and noted that it is the first time they hear about such a circular in court, which is even more surprising, and they hear that the courts are guided by it. The judge hastened to assure that the hearing is not guided by the circular, but is conducted with reasonable deadlines and efficiency.

At that moment, the judge proposed to schedule one session instead of three times a week, but to hold it for the whole day.
"After thinking for a long time, the artificial intelligence said it was nonsense. There is no country in the world where such a thing is possible. I asked him to give such an example, he replied that no such example has been found in the last 100 years. If we are talking about a sober approach, then such a meeting should not have taken place at all.
The internal conviction is maintained that a common nonsense is being committed", Kocharyan noted and asked the judge to give such an example if the artificial intelligence makes a mistake. "After the decision of the Supreme Court, the trial of President Kocharyan continues in the case of March 1, the criminal prosecution of the persons involved in the scandalous case was stopped, the article of the charge was found to be unconstitutional. The decision was appealed, the case went to the Anti-Corruption Court, which examined the petition of the prosecution to bring a new charge.
