According to SHAMSHYAN.com, an emergency incident took place in Yerevan on November 2. Around 4:00 p.m., the Kanaker-Zeytun Department of the Community Police Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received operational information that around 12:00 p.m. in the hall of the "Word of Life" church located at 22/9 Tbilisi Highway, Aida A., a resident of Kotayk Marz, 32, stabbed her aunt, Armenuhi B., a 57-year-old resident of Yerevan.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, on the same day, as a result of the explanatory work carried out by the officers of the Kanaker-Zeytun police department, Aida A. voluntarily presented herself to the department and admitted that during an earlier dispute over domestic issues, she hit Armenuhi B. with a knife in the hall of the "Kyanki Verk" church at 22/9 Tbilisi Street, causing bodily injury. According to Shamshyan, the victim was taken to the "Yerevan" Medical Center with a diagnosis of "puncture-cut wound in the left buttock".
Documents were drawn up in the Kanaker-Zeytun department of the police regarding the incident, which were transferred to the investigative department of the Yerevan City Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district.
