Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev once again insulted the Armenian people during the "military parade" celebrating the occupation of Artsakh.
He stated that before the last war in Artsakh, "in Armenia they said that their tanks would be on the streets of Baku, and they would drink tea in Baku."
"Actually, their wishes came true, we fulfilled them. Today, Armenian tanks are on display in the Spoils of War Park, and Armenian criminals are drinking Azerbaijani tea in the detention center of Baku," Azerbaijani mass media quoted Aliyev as saying.
