By the decree of the President of RA, Major General Hayk Babayan was relieved of the position of Commander of RA Police Forces, Deputy Chief of Police.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 13, Part 4 of the Law "On Service in the Police" and Article 40, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Law "On Military Service and the Status of Servicemen". To release Hayk BABAYAN from the position of the commander of the police forces of the Republic of Armenia, the deputy chief of the police from October 31, 2025," the decree says.
