On October 30, the Environmental Protection and Subsoil Inspection Body received an alert from citizen G.M. regarding the transportation of bulk materials by truck without an impermeable cover on the 1st street of Vazgen, Echmiadzin city, Armavir region.
According to the BTU, within the framework of the initiated administrative proceedings, KK, a resident of the village of Jararat, will be subject to administrative responsibility.
"Non-fulfillment of atmospheric air protection requirements during the transportation of bulk materials by motor vehicles causes a fine in the amount of 50,000 drams for natural persons, and in the amount of 150,000 drams for legal entities.
In case of double violations, the amount of the fine for individuals is 100,000 drams, for legal entities - 300,000 drams," the inspection body reminds.
