"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"In 2022, the CP implemented changes in the Electoral Code, by which the temporary threshold of party alliances was raised.
Accordingly, the threshold for one party is 4 percent. for an alliance formed by up to 3 forces, in the case of 8.4 or more forces, 10 percent. In the previous code, there was a mandatory requirement that the National Assembly should pass at least 3 votes.
For example, in 2017, the "Exit" alliance formed by three forces passed the parliament with 7.7 percent. In other words, if today's changes were made then, that bloc would not have passed the parliament.
By the way, this regulation will enter into force on the date of the next regular elections, in 2026, if they go to an extraordinary election, it will be in the old way.
