Sarik Minasyan, head of the "Civil Contract" faction of the Gyumri Council of Elders, wrote on his Facebook page.
"The path of the unjust is like darkness. they do not know what they are being tempted by. 4:19 a.m Or, "Let's take the belongings of the members of the KP Council of Elders and keep them (for blackmailing) to scare us, otherwise they won't let us work." Neither blackmail nor lying can distract us from the processes of building a free, sovereign Armenia and creating a developing Gyumri.
