Pashinyan met with the Catholicos-Patriarch of the House of Kilikio Catholic Armenians and the students of the Levonian Academy

During his working visit to the Holy See (Vatican City), Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with His Holiness and Most Reverend Father Raphael Petros IA (21st) Minasyan and the students of the Armenian Catholicos-Patriarch of the House of Cilicia at the Levonian College attached to the Saint Nicholas Armenian Catholic Church in Rome.

During the meeting, issues of Armenia's internal and foreign policy, existing problems, the process of establishing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, regional developments, as well as steps to overcome existing challenges were discussed in a question-and-answer format. The parties also exchanged ideas on the works carried out in the direction of spreading and preserving Christian values, as well as on other spiritual and social topics.

At the end of the meeting, the Catholicos-Patriarch of the House of Kilikio Catholicos His Holiness and Gererjanik T.T. Rafael Petros IA (21st) Minasyan presented Prime Minister Pashinyan with a round relic of St. Ignatius Maloyan, a church dress, which is used during the Liturgy and is kept in the museum of Zmmar monastery (Lebanon). The Catholicos-Patriarch also presented the prime minister with a commemorative medal made in memory of the canonization ceremony held on October 19 in the Vatican.
