"We have the impression that during several months and years of negotiations, the Azerbaijani side was trying to create some kind of extra-territorial corridor for this area (meaning Syunik)," RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated in an interview with DW.
"For example, they demanded that the armed forces of a third country be deployed along this railway. I remember how they said that Russian troops should be deployed along the railway. Of course, this was unacceptable for us. There is no corridor, but there is a "Trump Route of International Peace and Prosperity," the minister noted.
