The precautionary measure of former Urtsadzor mayor of Urtsadzor of Ararat region has changed. His lawyer Vahe Zohrabyan stated this.
He noted that Andreasyan had been under house arrest on July 28, with an administrative control over the Court of Justice, which has been registered in the relevant Probation Service once a week.
"By this decision, the court has not fully justified our expectations, but there is already a positive trend, change of a precautionary measure," the lawyer emphasized.
We announced on June 17 that Rafik Andreasyan was arrested for two months. He has been prosecuted against him in Part 2 of Article 308 of the former RA Criminal Code and Article 314, Part 1 of Article 314, with official fraud.
His precautionary measure changed on July 28 with home arrest.
