Political scientist Suren Surenyants writes:
Imitation of peace and dangerous deception Christine Grigoryan announces: "At the moment, we are rightly evaluating that military threats are very low ... but there are threats to our democracy."
This wording suggests that the "arrow" of the threat is directed not to the side of Azerbaijan, but the imitation of peace, which is in the anti-Russian propaganda encouraged by the current government, and it is obvious that the Armenian authorities are inclined to adopt the terms of the Azerbaijani vasality.
However, the reality is different. Azerbaijan does not sign the peace agreement, keep the door of war.
Armenia remains blockade, and part of our country is still occupied. The main danger of our democracy comes from within the authoritarian trends of Pashinyan's government. Therefore, it is dangerous to provide a false "illusion" to the public, when the main threats facing Armenia are real, subject and require responsible policy.
