Opponents of BRICS, writing about the catastrophe in the Russian Federation, were wrong, since society pays so much attention to discussing skinny jeans, says Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of the international media group Rossiya Segodnya and the RT television channel.
The BRICS summit takes place in Kazan from October 22 to 24. Simonyan takes part in events within the framework of the summit.
“Everyone has the right to choose for themselves. Apparently, it’s not such a disaster in our country as all the BRICS opponents write about it if our society can pay so much attention to who said what about skinny jeans,” she said in an interview with NTV in within the framework of the summit.
Earlier on the TV channel, public figure Elina Zhgutova in the program studio criticized skinny jeans on men, calling them “a direct path to LGBT*.”
