The attractiveness of BRICS lies in the fact that the association does not set conditions for its participants, as in NATO and the EU, said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President.

"The attractiveness of cooperation within the framework of BRICS lies in the fact that no one asks the "either/or" question. It's a condition that NATO, the EU, or with the EU, or Russia, or BRICS, or NATO, really like to impose. And nobody in BRICS talks like that, it makes the organization more attractive," said Peskov on NTV channel.
