American film director Quentin Tarantino spoke about one of his main challenges of his career. He was quoted by The Hollywood Reporter.
According to Tarantino, he wrote the screenplay for the film "Film critic" as a challenge for him, but refused the opportunity to make it.
"When I worked on it, I put it a problem for me. Can I take the most talented profession in the world and make an interesting film about its representative? Who wants to watch about the TV series? Who wants to watch a film called "Film Critics"? It was a test. If I can make a movie or a serial about the person who just watches interesting movies, it will be conquering, "says Tarantino.
He also explained why he waived the opportunity to shoot at Netflix on the next continuation of the film "Once in Hollywood."
The director of "Pulp Fiction" did not want his tenth and last film to be a continuation. At the same time, he remains the screenwriter and will be producer, guaranteeing that "there will be a place if necessary."
Currently, Quentin Tarantino lives with his wife, singer Daniela Pik in Israel. In the spring, the director bought a land plot in this country to build a house.
