I was recently informed of the RA Corruption Court of Appeal that I was partially satisfied with the appeals of my and lawyer H. Martirosyan's appeal and Armen Ashotyan's house arrest was eliminated.
Administrative control has been used, the conditions of which are not yet known.
The decision will be available to us on Monday. I was also informed that the example of the decision has already been sent to probation service.
Armen Ashotyan's detention lasted 777 days, 15 months of which in the solitary confinement of Sovetashen prison.
Political imprisonment seems to be over, but political persecution continues within the framework of the fake criminal case.
