Flywan Armenia LLC was originally a joint business of the Moldovan Armenia LLC, but more specifically, Eduard Sukiasyan (see Sil Capital LLC), only in October 2022.
It should be noted that since the foundation, 46% of the Armenian-Moldovan air carrier belongs to Fly One, and the remaining 54% are concentrated in the hands of the Armenian side.
