The US Central Command (Centom) was developing a widespread program to hit Iran's nuclear facilities, but it was not approved by US President Donald Trump, NBC News reported, citing his sources.
"We were ready to discuss all the options, but President Trump did not want it," the source said. He said that the program was rejected because it was "contradicted the principles of Trump's foreign policy" due to the probability of even more victims on both sides.
It is noted that such an extended operation will be blown in Tehran for three more nuclear facilities. The duration of this will reach a few weeks, emphasized an anonymous American official.
