NATO Secretary General Mark Ruten has said India, Brazil and China can be secondary to cooperate with Russia, Reuters reports.
"Please call Vladimir Putin and tell him to take seriously talks on Ukraine, because, otherwise it will have a big impact on Brazil, India and China," he said during a meeting with senators in Congress.
A day ago, US President Donald Trump announced that the United States would set about 100% imports on Russia and its trade partners, if Moscow and Washington did not agree to resolve the Ukrainian conflict within 50 days.
