EU Foreign Minister Kaya Kalas has said the EU Foreign Ministers will discuss the possibility of using Russian assets to finance Ukraine in late August. He said this at a press conference after the session of the EU Foreign Ministers.
"We did not discuss this topic today. It will be discussed during the end of the August by the Gymnak (unofficial meeting of the Foreign Ministers), "Kalas said, answering the questions of Ukrainian journalists about Russian assets.
Kalas did not specify that during EU unofficial ministerial meetings, the ministers exchanged views during the unofficial ministerial meetings annually, but do not make executive or practical decisions.
