The EU can cancel Georgia without visa regime

EU diplomats will discuss the issue of termination of visa-free regime against the government against the Government in the country, Politico reports, citing two anonymous diplomats.

Earlier, EU Minister of Foreign Affairs Kaya Callas stated that the list of Georgian democracy has already been prepared for those who can be imposed on personal sanctions and suspension of visa regime as an event.

"EU diplomats will discuss programs with Georgia to eliminate the unprovisal regime, as a sign of protest against the pressure of the ruling party," the publication reported.
According to the publication, the protests are one of the possible means that the EU can take to put pressure on the Georgian authorities.
