Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has commented on the surrender of weapons by supporters of the Kurdish Workers' Party (PKK) in the northern Iraqi city of Suleymani.
In his publication in X, Erdogan expressed hope that today's important step towards the purpose of "Turkey without terrorism" will be the reason for good deeds.
"May Allah give us to achieve our goals on this path, which we choose the security of our country, the peace of our people and in constant peace in our region," he said.
