"Cooperation between China and Russia should not be obstructed," he said.
The representative of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs added that the cooperation between Moscow and Beijing is not directed against third parties.
It is noted that this is how MAo responded to the words of the head of the European Commission Ursula Von der Layen, whichhad demandedthat Beijing restricted cooperation with Moscow.
