The Palestinian Hamas movement expressed confidence that the ceasefire agreement will be signed in the Gaza Strip over its terms. The relevant statement was published by his Telegram's official representative Izzat al-Rishk.
"Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's statements have nothing to do with the real situation in the place of all hostages and Hamas.
"Beast will not be handed over, and Hamas will define its terms," Al-Rishk wrote. The spokesman of the movement stressed that "the only way to release the hostages is a serious deal with radicals," as he claimed "Israel's attempts to return captives through military action."
During his visit to Washington on Tuesday, Netanyahu stated that his country intends to reach all the goals set forth in the Gaza Strip.
