The scenarios of the further development of the Russian conflict with Azerbaijan will depend on the negotiation efforts of Moscow and Baku. This was stated by the State Duma Deputy Konstantin Zatulin, Gazeta reports.
According to him, based on the steps taken by the Azerbaijani authorities, it is not safe for Russian citizens to be in Azerbaijan for tourism, work or other purposes.
"If Baku does not cease to arrest the innocent Russian citizens, which has nothing to do with the destruction of the plane or the arrest of Azerbaijani criminal authority, it will not be able to advise the country," Zatulin said.
