"It is necessary to increase the real combat and strategic deterrence capabilities and resolutely fulfill various tasks set by the party and the people," said the leader of the People's Republic of China.
Xi Jinping also emphasized the need to comprehensively strengthen combat readiness, strengthen combat capability, effectively protect national strategic security and core interests, and adapt to changes in modern forms and methods of warfare.
